Unable to connect to the remote server

Dears,

The Tmetric Desktop is displaying errors indicating "Unable to connect to the remote server".
I don't see any configuration possible to specify the use of a proxy. (proxy with windows authentication)
How can I do so ?

The desktop client uses proxy settings specified in

Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings

The proxy server is configured.

We use a proxy pac file to determine which proxy server we need to use.
