One of our employees can't link the board in Trello to TMetric. I can see the project but they can't. See attached for the details. It shows up as text but not as a project.
The project is public to the whole team. Prior to them clicking start there wasn't a project named like that. So it was created via the TMetric Extension. I also tried to edit their time and I can add the project. The problem was that they couldn't add it themselves when they could do it to other boards prior. Adding the project manually is a work around but not the solution to the problem.
TMetric extension will create the project for a Trello board automatially (when clicking Start Timer) only if the user has admin rights.
Currently, the regular account members are not allowed to create projects in TMetric. Is this the change you want to see?
A workaround I found prior to posting again today is to add people to the project and then make the project account visible again(by removing everyone from the project). But again I can't call this a solution since it's a workaround.
