Windows x64 desktop App bug. User activity recording is not working

I have reinstaled app, but the same problem

Plaese fix it

Please send error logs from the '%appdata%\Devart\TMetric Desktop' folder to us.

Also tell us which time and date format are set in your system.

I am having this same issue. It was once in a while, so I ignored it, but since I updated the desktop client yesterday it is now constant and the app is no longer working.

We are investigating this issue.
Could you let me know if you've enabled inactivity reminders in desktop settings?
