Windows x64 desktop App bug. User activity recording is not working
I have reinstaled app, but the same problem

I am not sure if I am running the latest...
I have downloaded and run the installer for 182.2.4_x64.
There's no option I can find in the app to display the version number.
If I check the executable (in AppData\Local\TMetric) the version number shown is 22.214.171.124
Still getting the error.
Also, I deleted the EXE and tried re-running the MSI. It appears for a second and then disappears. The desktop app is not re-installed.
And the x86 version of the installer won't run because my system is 64 bit.
(Although why this should be I'm not sure. I still run plenty of other 32-bit apps.)
18.2.4. is the current version.
We will need to further investigate this issue.
Kindly let us know the version of the OS you are using.
Also, please send over the error log file.
It can be found by the following path:
For Windows - C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Devart\TMetric Desktop
For Мас - Machintosh/Users/<user>/.Devart/Tmetric Desktop - (please note that by default, this folder is hidden, so you will need to make it visible first)
