How to get on to Paid Plan

Looking at the blog about the major upgrade on 7th June, we are a team of over 5+ and will need to continue using TMetric once the trial period ends. Apart from not being able to see if I'm actually on a trial period and when it ends, how do I get onto a paid plan? Each time I click on sign up on the website, I'm immediately brought to my TMetric Time view and can't see where I can sign up to a paid plan.

Please advise. Thanks.

As an account owner your can open Manage -> Subscription page and see the current state of your subscription.

You will also get email reminders before trial expires.

I was previously able to see the Manage >> Subscription link, but now it's disappeared and isn't visible anymore. Can you please advise? Thanks.

Can you send us a screenshot with the profile menu open (top-right)?

This is the Manage menu with no Subscription option anymore.

It looks like in active account you have the Admin role but not the Owner role.

Only account owner can manage subscription. Appointed admin can manage everything else, but not the subscription.

Thanks Alexsandr.  I've checked with "owner" login and I can see the Subscription option.
