I'm trying to update my current plan for more users, but 'Proceed to Checkout' button doesn't work.

There's nothing to say I can't have more than 10 users on Professional plan level, so what's stopping the button from working?

Thanks

Hello,
I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with proceeding to checkout.
We have just tested it, there are no issues reaching 2checkout.com
Could you please try using a different browser?
If this doesn't help, kindly send over the screenshots of the error you are getting while clicking Proceed to Checkout.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Via Chrome - nothing happens. No error messages, just nothing.

Via Firefox, I get a 'Connection lost' error message and then it connects through to secure.avangate.com.

So I can upgrade my plan, just not using Chrome... :-D

Thanks

For your bug fixing/information, I'm on latest Chrome build, but have disabled the "Omnibox UI Hide Steady-State URL Scheme and Trivial Subdomains" setting.

Not sure if this is what is blocking the opening of a new page - other sites don't have this issue.

Thanks

I have a favor to ask, if  you don't mind.
This option was enabled by default.
Could you enable it again and check if you can successfully click Proceed to Checkout button?
Also, please let me know if there is any message displayed when you click Proceed to Checkout.
Thank you in advance.

I've re-enabled this setting, restarted my Chrome browser, but I cannot 'Proceed' with a subscription change on Tmetric.

There is no message displayed - nothing happens.

Thanks
