This page states Asna project names are pulle dfrom Asna and associated with tmetric timer tasks:

https://tmetric.com/help/integrations/asana-time-tracking/

I am using th eChrome extension to start/stop timers in Asana. They are tracked in tmetirc but do not have a project automatically associated with them.

I am the only user of the Asana account. The email addresses for tmetric and Asana accounts are the same.

What's the trick to get it to work?

Make sure you are an admin of your TMetric account, otherwise you cannot create projects.

How can I be anything else if I am the only person on the account? Do I need to actively do something to become admin of my own single user account?

Any news on this bug fix TMetric? I'm having the same issue and am going to have to move to an alternative solution unless this is resolved quickly. I have raised a seperate ticket about this but not had a reply as yet???

Hello, I have the same error.

All tasks of Asana are in a "No Project" folder... I need to know if you are going to resolve this issue.

Thanks

I still have the same problem.
In reports all tasks are with "No Project", and in Projects Summary there are not any project/task.

If you mean the existing tasks, then you have to set project names manually for them.

Can you show me exactly how to do this? I tried but couldn't do it. I may be missing a step or two. Thank you in advance.
