After major upgrade we can't see our data in the account

After the upgrade on 7th June, we are unable to see any data in our account, except for the desktop activity Timeline. Also we can't see the stop and start button on the web app to start recording tasks.

Additionally, using the Desktop app to start and stop tasks does not update the web app.

We are currently on a free account but there are more than 5 people in the team. Let me know if there's anything I need to do to enable our time tracking again or get on a paid account as no one is currently able to record their time.

I found an answer in a similar issue reported and after clearing the cache and cookies, all is well.
