Windows Desktop App Timeout Error

Hi,

I keep getting an error on my desktop app saying the client has been inactive and has exceeded the activity timeout so the connection has been stopped. This is usually when my PC is locked, but when I unlock it the desktop app has completely stalled and I have to close the task and open the app again to get it back online.

My PC is set to keep network connections online when my computer is locked/asleep. 

Could someone let me know if there's anything I can do to rectify this please?
