User Activity in timeline no longer available after major upgrade

Hi there.

After the major upgrade on 7 June, the User Activity in the Timeline view are no longer available.

Should the features described in https://tmetric.com/help/desktop-app/recording-and-viewing-users-activity/ still be available?

This is one of the essential features we use as part of reviewing timesheets for our teams.

Please advise. Thanks.

These are the points to check

  • Check if Show User Activity option is on (see screenshoot).
  • Check that the desktop client is updated to version 17.1.2
  • Restart desktop client if it's up-to-date
