Hi TMETRIC. I have a number of remote users who are reporting they are unable to log any time against their accounts as of yesterday. When they go in to their home screen and try to add time to any project, they get a message saying 'you have no accounts available for work'.
One of our developers reported the same issue occured last month an lasted a couple of days, but then seemed to resolve itself so he assumed it was an issue at your side which was resoslved.
Could you please take a look and let us know if the problem can be easily resolved.
