Unable to log time for past couple of days

Hi TMETRIC. I have a number of remote users who are reporting they are unable to log any time against their accounts as of yesterday. When they go in to their home screen and try to add time to any project, they get a message saying 'you have no accounts available for work'.

One of our developers reported the same issue occured last month an lasted a couple of days, but then seemed to resolve itself so he assumed it was an issue at your side which was resoslved.

Could you please take a look and let us know if the problem can be easily resolved.

Hello, Mike.

Since the trial period in your account has expired, you were switched to a free plan.

Only 5 active users are available in the free plan, so some users have been locked and cannot access your account.

In order to unlock the users, you need to buy either the PROFESSIONAL or BUSINESS plan for the number of users that you need.

Hi Maxim,

Thanks for your reply, did Tmetric change the limit on users for the free account as we have previously used this for abnout 6 months without any kind of restriction.

I beleive we trialled a paid subscription which expired, but we only need very basic time reporting so the additional features weren't much use. The account then dropped back to a standard account, at which point the restrictions seem to ahve dropped in place?

Is there anything I can do to go back to our allocation of users as per the period before we trialled the full software?

Hi Mike, 

Free TMetric account is limited to 5 users and gives you only basic time tracking features like reporting and integrations with various services like Trello, JIRA, ToDoist and many others.  

With Free version you won't be able to: set billable and cost rates, create tasks and todo lists, make time synchronization with JIRA and RedMine.   

If the features set of a Free account is okay for you and you have a team lesser than 5 persons (and you don`t have plans to expand it) then you may use a Free plan.   

You don't have to switch to a Free plan it was made automatically. 

If you need a paid plan, we can offer you a discount which is available until 20th of August.
