Tmetric Outage Still Ongoing

We have noticed that we still cannot load the https://app.tmetric.com/login or connect via Desktop app in Australia.

Please review & solve this issue

(Tested using our fibre link + using 4G network but both fail & are stuck trying to load the page)

TMetric experienced severe performance problem. But no data should be lost. Please check.

We're working now to prevent similar problems in the future.

It works for me as well. Did not have entries yesterday, so I can't complain.

TMetric is now back up for me but I appear to have lost all time entries from yesterday.

Same in Italy, and this is causing some inconvenience to our team.

Can I have an ETA for this issue to be solved please?
