Tmetric has lost all my history and I can only add time manually

Hi Tmetric

 

I've been using Tmetric for over a month now and have been very happy with it. However, yesterday something happened and I've lost all my history and I can now only seem to add time in manually. I've reinstalled the desktop app including the new update and have logged back in and out but there is no changes. I've attached a screenshot which shows a 'Not Found' error message in the top left corner. Thankyou for your help.

Also, when I open the desktop app it is asking me to fix an entry from yesterday but "accept fix' is greyed out and 'Adjust manually' doesn't clost the dialog box - see attachment

You have a long-running timer, which is not allowed by the workflow.
