Hi Aleksandr Serdyuk,

I tried on a other computer that never access to tmetric. You still have the problem. I think you just forgot something when you changed you certificate... Sorry to told you that but test it on a other computer you will see.

Thanks

OK well ... you seem to be right if I check the ssl report. Chrome told me this if you have any other solution ?

I tried on a fresh installation of chrome on a other computer and it work. So I think you were right. Chrome cache the old certificate but I'm not able to delete it... The question is more why chrome don't detect the new certificate.

The only reasonable explanation by now is that the system didn't fetch the issuer's root certificate. Thus, it failed to validate the Issuer field of the TMetric certificate.

It looks like Apple has blocked StartCom certificates in MacOS Sierra.

We'll change the certificate provider ASAP.

It looks like your system holds the old SSL certificate in the cache.

Here is how to clear it on Windows http://security.stackexchange.com/questions/40179/is-there-an-ssl-tls-certificate-state-cache-on-windows-ie-and-outlook-and-ho
