Shouldn't the Account holder be responsible for the budgets?

In my opinion the Account holder is responsible for the budgets, so the Account holder should set the budget per Project or per Member.

In case the Account holder is working with different Teams with a Team Lead, the Team Lead will be responsible for the budget per Project or per Member, so in this case the Team Lead should set the budget per Project or per Member.

At this moment anyone can add every budget (also the budget where a user is no Member of).

What do you think of it?

That's not true.

If project's budget is measured in hours, than only an appointed project manager and account admin or owner can see the settings.

And if the budget is a money sum, than only account admin or owner can see it.

Thanks for the prompt reply again Aleksandr.

I think I had a bad day yesterday, because now I see it works exactly as I would expect and want it to work.

My appologies for the unnecessary post and time it took for you te read/respond. Feel free to delete the post (same goes for the Question with topic 'Is a Member of a specific project only able to add Time Entries when assigned as a Manager?').
