Hi,

Is it possible to somehow allow for an ordinary Team Member to see the project list?

In some situations (filling in expense forms, etc.), we have team members who need to look up the Project Code for some project. Right now, the best solution I can come up with is to have them create a fake Time Entry, search for the project in question and hover over the name of the project, as illustrated on the attached picture.

Is there a better solution?

Best regards,

I assume that a team member filling an expense form had tracked some time for the project.

In this case a better solution is to open the Project Summary report. It will display all projects along with their codes.

Hi Aleksandr,

In many cases yes - however, we do have some project codes which we do not really log time for, but are still relevant for expense form (say code 5, Internal equipment expenses) and it would be smooth to be able to look up these codes in TMetric too, so we don't have to keep a separate database for those. But I understand if you think that is outside the scope of TMetric. Project Summary works well enough for most purposes.

It's not that this case is totally outside the scope of TMetric. But it's definitely not a priority, because there's no quick solution.
