Hello again

We often work at 2 to 3 cases at the same time  inside the same time span

Job A  from 9 to 100  Billable

Job B from 90 to 10  Billable

I can't seem to find a way to register this correctly using the web client and if i change time one one job it corrects the other one.

Any thoughts here ?

Time tracking in TMetric is designed to disallow overlapping time intervals. In our opinion, overlapping time intervals hurt more than help. For instance, employees can subtly forge more work time, than they actually worked.

Strictly speaking, you cannot work on 3 cases at the same time, you're just switching often. In TMetric you can resume previous task in one click (with continue button).

I see your point, sir, but sometimes work life is bending the rules
I have 4 screens up at the same time monitoring 3-4 different servers  running tasks on all 4 and all 4 jobs are billable
But I'll manage and do a manual entry after all jobs are done

So far our test is going good, now we shall test tagging and export
Thank you so much for answering our questions

We'll, it's possible for a monitoring job.

Another solution for your problem is to add one time entry, say, 'Monitoring servers'. Then, after you're done with it, add two more intervals somewhere in this day.
