Hi,

One of our admin team used the owner account to log time instead of using her own account. I have tried to find a way to change the task from being on the owner account to the correct user who did the work, but i cannot see options for doing this. Is there some secret admin console for the owner account to manage the booked time manually?

thanks

Sam

Hi Sam!
You can delete the logged time from your account and have the team member add the corresponding task\time entry in his\her account. It shouldn't take much time. Do you think you could do that? BTW, how long has the time been logged under the wrong account?
Kind regards,
Vladimir

Hi Vladimir, thanks for the quite reply

The time was 1:05:00 and it has only been one instance today. Yes we've deleted it now thanks, and i've asked her to recreate it in her account, but shes saying she cant manually edit her tasks because I've disabled manual entry. Where is that setting? I cant see it in Manage Accounts.

thanks

Sam

Sam, below is the info on locking timesheets
https://tmetric.com/help/time-tracking/locking-timesheets/
You, as the account owner, have unlimited rights, and, unlike the member whose timesheet is locked, you can edit their time at any moment.
I hope this info is helpful.
Don't hesitate to let me know if any other assistance is needed.
Wishing you a great day.

Kind regards,
Vladimir
