Before looking into Tmetric further, I see it is for Jira cloud. We have a Jira server subscribtion. Can we also integrate Tmetric?
If that is the case can I please ask you the following:
- are Jira issue keys visible in Tmetric and can reports be generated showing those keys (we use those to invoice)
- is tracked time uploaded to Jira?
- to scrutinize tracked time for our customers is there a feature to review screen captures and moese movements?
and last question can a developer open a jira issue from withing the Tmetric desktop app he/she uses to track time?
