Hi,

I've installed the TMETRIC Add-on 1.2.2 in Firefox 49.0.2 (Windows 10) yesterday. And I created an TMETRIC account that works.

My Problem: I see the symbol and I see "Start timer" in YouTrack, but if I click on "Login", only a small window appears for a second and nothing else happens.

I started Firefox a few times and started my Notebook, but the problem still exists.

How can I get it to work in Firefox?

Did you try to click the "Start Timer" button on the YouTrack page after this?
Were you logged-in on https://app.tmetric.com  before pressing "Login" button? If you weren't logged-in, did you become logged-in after pressing "Login" button?

Yes, then a small white Windows opens for about 1 second, but nothing else happens.

Were you logged-in on https://app.tmetric.com  before pressing "Login" button?

No.

But if I log me in before, that does also not bring the "Login" button to work. It's MouseOver shows all the time "not connected".

If you weren't logged-in, did you become logged-in after pressing "Login" button?

No.

Could you give a list of installed Add-ons in your Firefox browser?

At present, I only have only TMetric - Time Tracker Extension 1.2.2 active:

Normally I also have "UBlock Origin" active, but for testing purposes I already deactivated it two days ago. But that didn't help to get TMetric Extension to work. :-(

Please, do the following:

1.Open your Firefox browser

2.Click on the TMetric Extension button one the Add-ons panel

3.Click on the TMetric logo (see pictute):

Normally, the https://app.tmetric.com will be opened. Which page do you see?

Could you try TMetric Extension in another browser (e.g. Chrome)? It helps us to localize the problem.

I try logged-in first, then logged-out and try logging-in via extension, after I put my e-mail and password, the little window close and I wasn't logged in Firefox

Unfortunately, the new version of the Fierefox extension is stuck in Mozilla's manual review queue.

We sent it to review a few weeks earlier.

The old version is not compatible with the new service release we made today.

The walkaround is to use Chrome temporary.
