Desktop App - Won't Take Email and Password

Hello,

I was trying to use the desktop app and entered in the same email and password I use for the browser version. It said the email and password doesn't match. Can you please look into this?

Open top-right menu in the application and select My Profile.

There is the 'Change password' link there.

Unfortunatly, I can't find the setting for the password in my profile page. where can it exactly be found?

There can be two cases:

1. You signed up to TMetric with Google account. You need to go to your profile page and create a password for the desktop client.

2. You forgot the password. To check if it's true, log off the main app and try to login again (not using browser password hint).

 

Close
