Have you used TMetric Desktop before? If yes, did everything work well before the update?
Or did you install it for the first time and got the error when you started the app?
Could you please try to find the file settigns.ini or the file TMetricDesktop.db? These are system files.
As we understood from your initial message there was a conflict with the database, in this regard we recommend you to rename the file TMetricDesktop.db and then try to start the app again.
When you find the mentioned files, you will also find the logs in that folder.
