Which OS version and browser version do you use? Is hardware acceleration enabled in the browser? Which display driver is installed on the OS?

I'm using Ubuntu 17.10 with firefox 59.0.1 (64 bit) . I'm using the default option about Hardware acceleration.

I'm using the generic driver:

/lib/modules/4.13.0-37-generic/kernel/drivers/gpu/drm/i915/i915.ko

Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce the issue. Can you try to disable hardware acceleration and check if the problem still exists?

Do you have chrome/userContent.css file in your Firefox user profile folder?

Open Developer Console (Ctrl+Shift+K) on the Time page and enter the following command:

['','label','input','span'].map(s => s + $$('.timer-td-checkbox ' + s)[0].offsetWidth)

Send a result to us.

Also, check if the problem exists in a new clean Firefox profile. To create it, run Firefox with parameter:

firefox -p

Please give us any other details that can be helpful to reproduce and fix the issue.

The output is:

Array [ "38", "label18", "input40", "span16" ]

The problem still exist with a new clean Firefox profile.

Honestly I'm start supposing, the problem is not your but could be a firefox bug.
Because if i go to this page:
https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_input_checked

I see this:

The text is not aligned...
