Budget Spent not shown for Projects with "Total project fees"

Hi,

we've setup several projects that have a fixed budget fee.

When we look at these projects in reporting, there is no calculation of "spent" budget.
This seems to be only working for projects that are setup as "Total project hours", right now.

Calculation should also be done for the other butdet types. Otherwise we're not able to track budgets.

 Check that billable rates are specified in projects with the "Total project fees" budget.

If you see the 0% budget spending, check also that time entries on the Time page are marked as billable.

ok, i see.
So it does not calcuate Budget used based on costs, but on hours billable ?
To me this doesn't make sense for projects with total project fee.

I would calculate this as internal costs in relation to total budget, ex:

Budget: $1.000

Member A spent 5 hours ($15 / hour) : $75
Member B spent 12 hours ($35 / hour): $420
So total cost is: $495

Budget used: 49.5 %
