If the Start Timer button from TMetric is not appearing in one of the supported web apps (such as Google Calendar, Trello, Jira, etc.), it’s likely due to the integration being disabled in the extension settings. 

Follow the steps below to verify and enable the integration for the app you're using. 

1. Click the TMetric extension icon in your browser’s toolbar. 

2. In the extension pop-up, click the Options tab. 

3. Navigate to the Integrations tab. 

4. Scroll through the list or use our search bar in order to find the web app you're working with (e.g., Google Calendar, Trello, Jira). 

5. Make sure the toggle next to that app is enabled. 

 

Once enabled, refresh the page of the web app where you're expecting the Start Timer button. It should now appear as expected.
