Multiple Time Entries per User Simultaneously

Hello Dmytro,

I'm reaching out again because I would like to order more licenses for our entire technical team, but unfortunately, the app's functionality is limited in one particular aspect.

Once again, I'm asking whether it would be possible to allow multiple overlapping time entries for projects per user.

Let me explain again how I use your software:

Under “Customers,” I have room numbers in our production area. Under “Projects,” I list multiple machines that are located within these rooms (i.e., customers). When a technician logs time on a machine in a specific room, I can use that to track the device's downtime.

But what happens if the machine continues to be in downtime, for example, because a spare part is not in stock and needs to be ordered?

The machine still needs to be tracked over time, but in the meantime, the technician can take care of another issue.

It’s really unfortunate that such a small feature can’t be added. I’ve now ordered 4 licenses for testing in vain, and I won’t be ordering the additional 9 licenses either. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t help me this way.
