If you're experiencing issues with the TMetric Desktop app, our support team may ask you to send log files. These logs help our technical team investigate and resolve problems more effectively.
Follow the steps below based on your operating system:
For Windows Users:
- Open File Explorer.
- Navigate to the following folder:
C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Roaming\TMetric Desktop
- Locate the log files inside this folder.
- Attach them to your reply and send them to our support team.
For macOS Users:
- Open Finder.
If you don't see the Library option, press and hold the Option key while clicking Go.
- Go to the following folder:
Library/Application Support/TMetric Desktop
- Send them to us by attaching them in your support reply.
