Create hourly package, so clients can buy hours in front.

For example,

- 10 hours. Client get a discount on the hour rate of 5%

- 25 hours. Client get a discount on the hour rate of 10%

- 50 hours. Client get a discount on the hour rate of 15%

When customer buy an Hourly Package, it will be added to the client, not to a specific Project.

The actual hours you worked, will be deducted from the Hourly Package. When only xx hours remain, a new package of hours is automatically invoiced. Customers can also see how many hours they have left when they log in.
