Fixed salary for employees

Hi Team,

it would be nice to be able to set a fixed monhtly salary for a team member. Currently, I can only set the hourly rate I pay but if an employee lets say only did 10MD in this month, I still have to pay the full salary.

This makes the Team Summary and the Profability Report confusing as it for example reports 10 hours worked so I only would have to pay 10 hours to the employee according to the reports, but he or she still gets the full monthly salary of course.
