Desktop App not being able to login - Mac
Hi Team,
We did the following troubleshooting steps:
- Had the user uninstall and re-install the desktop app.
- Had the user check if there are Security messages that popped up for TMetric through Privacy & Security.
- Had the user restart their laptop.
- Checked accessibility and desktop app is not showing
- Checked Screen Recording, TMetric is enabled.
Please advise what we should do in order to fix the problem.
