We use TMetric records as supporting documentation for client billing. Some clients contractually require screenshots, activity information, and the corresponding time entries for the billed work.

TMetric currently provides activity and time data through separate reports, while screenshots must be reviewed individually in Daily Activity. There is no consolidated bulk export that preserves the relationship between these records.

Please add a standard built-in bulk export feature that allows workspace administrators to:

• Select one or more employees and a date range

• Export captured screenshots in a downloadable ZIP archive

• Include each screenshot’s employee, date, timestamp, project, task, time entry, and activity percentage

• Generate a CSV, Excel, or PDF index linking screenshots to their associated activity and time entries

• Filter the export by employee, project, client, task, and tag

This functionality should be available directly from the TMetric interface to authorized administrators, without requiring a custom integration.

It would allow companies to provide complete, auditable supporting documentation for client billing without manually opening and saving every screenshot.
