Desktop App not being able to login - Mac
Hi Team, We did the following troubleshooting steps: - Had the user uninstall and re-install the desktop app. - Had the user check if there are Security messages that popped up for TMetric through Privacy & Security. - Had the user restart their laptop.
Activity Screenshots are Empty
Hi Team, We have multiple users who have both the Browser Extension and Tmetric Desktop App but it is not capturing or showing any screenshots when we try to review it. Attached is a sample screenshot.
Do not show empty Agenda
If there are no scheduled tasks in the current day, hide the agenda component
